I love the - saying no and stop talking about being busy parts too - absolutely need to both of those things on board - though realistically I might need to come back to read this post again a year from now, given my life right now ;) xxJuleshttp://www.thisisjules.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833234719746747318.post-67497285192803875052018-10-30T21:04:15.155+00:002018-10-30T21:04:15.155+00:00It's so difficult to achieve a balanced life! ...It's so difficult to achieve a balanced life! I am so similar to you, complaining about being busy whilst I should be so happy to be lucky enough to work from home. After all, this is what I always wanted. Don't get me wrong - I still love it, but at the same time it is incredibly hard. P.S. Yes, hanging the washing out to dry in good weather is an opportunity not to be missed :-). I need to find that balance more and you’re right things aren’t going to change so I just need to change my attitude and adjust things to focus on what’s my priority for that day. Writing a tick list has definitely helped again rather than it just being in my mind xxAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08469966903786690206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833234719746747318.post-46833732804042086542018-10-29T14:55:56.177+00:002018-10-29T14:55:56.177+00:00Balance

As woman we are able to multi task ands that’s great but as 1 individual person there is only so much we can do and do well. So, I say don’t try to juggle it all and expect that it will be all perfect! This is a tough one for me! The expectations I (we) can put on ourselves is a bit much. It’s impossible really, something is always not going to be so perfect and that’s ok! 1st things 1st! Prioritizing and knowing what’s the most important in life is key to a happy healthy one and I don’t think I realized that in my 30’s. I had to learn the hard way.~ Sabrina☺️Sabrina Jeffshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10541927124400039996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7833234719746747318.post-91933102694155799972018-10-29T14:05:24.495+00:002018-10-29T14:05:24.495+00:00How hilarious that I just got distracted from plan...How hilarious that I just got distracted from planning a yoga class (don’t tell Marit) to eagerly read this post! I absolutely hear you and have done exactly the same today. I’m ok at leaving some tasks undone, but yes - WASHING! Never miss an opportunity! I’m going to take inspiration from you and attempt the same approach though. FOCUS especially. Linda Keysnoreply@blogger.com
