yes this little house has a walker! we aint talking a few steps my friends, we're talking a fully fledged, happy, fearless, slightly drunk looking walker :)

on a rainy, dreary tuesday we decided to head to the national museum of scotland. once inside we set caleb down on the floor to have a good old crawl in it's vast quarters but it would seem he had other ideas.

we stood him up out of his pram fully expecting him to plonk his bum on the floor and do his usual crawl, instead his legs stayed strong and then he was off....

such an incredible moment which took us completely by surprise. forgetting where we were the pair of us started cheering and clapping only to have strangers join in with us too (how sweet!), caleb as you can imagine lapped up this attention.

caleb then spent the rest of our museum trip walking around!!! seeing him enjoy his new found freedom has seriously got to be one of my favourite moments yet (i'm pretty sure i say this about all his moments, but boy i seriously mean this one. all. time. favourite.)

tomorrow we set off to london for a few days with our new little walker. you could argue perfect timing or disaster waiting to happen ;) but bring it on.

*oh and i'm totally obsessed with how amazing the museum is, but i'll save that for another post.

  3. Go Caleeeebbbb Go! :) Drunk baby on the loose! haha, love it. :) (PS they continue to look like mildly drunk little men for quite a white yet. Mateo is still plowing down strangers and he's been walking/running for over a year, ha).
